DFL24 (Danang Fintech Lab) is the operational innovation arm of Da Nang's financial technology ecosystem. Its mission is to accelerate the development and commercialisation of fintech in Vietnam by providing startups, scale-ups, and financial institutions with a regulatory-aware environment for experimentation and growth — anchored inside the Vietnam International Financial Centre (VIFC) in Da Nang.
DFL24 runs four core programmes: the DFL Boost Accelerator (4-month programme for seed-to-Series A startups), the DFL Hatch Incubator (6–12 months for pre-seed teams), a Corporate Innovation Lab (for banks, insurers, and telcos), and a Sandbox Advisory service for all sandbox applicants. It also runs a Talent Academy (3–6 months) for fintech professional certification.
DFL24 works across payments and remittance, SME digital lending and credit scoring, open banking API platforms, AgriFintech, GovTech/digital public services, blockchain-based trade finance, and AI-driven fraud detection and AML compliance.
